Meeting and Programming Space
The Richard B. Flynn Campus Union houses a variety of meeting and programming spaces. These spaces are reserved through the Office of Student Activities and Campus Programs by calling (413) 748-3142.
General gathering spaces for the campus community include the café seating areas and the bistro located on the first floor, the Fireside Lounge on the second floor, and the main lobby and upper lounges on the second and third floors.

Reserving a SpaceTo request space in the Richard B. Flynn Campus Union, a facilities request form must be completed and submitted to the Office of Student Activities and Campus Programs. Forms are available in the Office of Student Activities and Campus Programs or individuals can request an electronic copy of the form by calling (413) 748-3144.
Events or meetings may also be held outdoors on public campus green space and in the Fuller Arts Center. Click here for more information on reserving space on campus.
