Rosanne Captain, Assistant Vice President of Administration and Finance, extension 3118. Contact Rosanne for policy formulation, review, and ongoing administration of all personnel policies and procedures. legal issues, assists with employee and supervisory counseling, and employee discipline. Rosanne is primary contact for information related to harassment and discrimination complaints and concerns.
Ann M. Reilly, Manager of Benefits and Payroll, extension 3118. Contact Ann for information regarding issues related to overall benefits policy interpretation and administration. Ann deals with payroll-related issues, assists with employee and supervisory counseling, and administers the Independent Tuition Exchange and the Council of Independent Colleges (CIC) Tuition Exchange Programs.
Louis J. Sarage, Payroll Coordinator, extension 3965. Contact Lou for information regarding all aspects of payroll processing, including but not limited to, time and leave reports, vacation, holidays, personal and sick leave earnings and usage, and student payroll.
Pamela S. Pettengill, Benefits Assistant, extension 3963. Call Pamela for information regarding accident/injury reports, benefits, changes to benefits, workers compensation claims, employment verifications, employee handbooks, tuition remission, vacation, holidays, personal leave earnings and usage, and sick leave. Pamela is also available to provide information regarding medical and other types of leaves of absence.
Sharon Mosier, Interim Manager of Employment, extension 3118. Call Sharon for information on employment, including job opportunities, staff and faculty recruitment, advertising, hiring, screening and interviewing, new employee orientation, training or for general HR information.
Ann Warwick, Staff Assistant, extension 3964. Contact Ann for information on employee relations activities and general HR information. Ann is responsible for maintaining the calendar for the office’s director, and serves as the contact for employee relations activities and staff training.
