How to Register
Welcome to the 2013 camp season! We are excited to share with you that registration will only take place online. You can access the online registration database by clicking on the link on the right hand side of this page. If your child was registered for the 2012 season, you will use the username that was set up for your child last year (child's first and last name, all lowercase with no spaces) and then the password that was sent to your email account when your child was registered during the 2012 season, unless you changed it. If you have misplaced your password or cannot remember it you can request a new one by answering the secret question, which is “what is the name of our camp?”, answer - Camp Massasoit. All new campers must create a new account.

2013 Camp tuition per session:
- Day Camp (ages 5-12)- $375.00
- Voyager Camp (ages 11-13) - $450.00
- Walk-A-Bout Camp (ages 12-14) - $500.00
- Adventure Camp (ages (14-16) - $600.00
A discount of $15 per camper per multiple sessions is offered for all Camp Massasoit’s Camps. For example, if your child is registered for two sessions, the system will automatically take off $15; for three sessions, $30; and your price will be reduced by $45 if your child is registered for all four sessions. This discount will only be applied if you enroll in multiple sessions at the same time.
- All payments will occur online with a minimum of a 50% deposit required at the time of registration.
- All outstanding balances are due NO later than June 1, 2013.
- To make a payment for an outstanding balance, log in to your child’s account and then go to “My Account”>>”Pay Balances”

- Age Requirements
In order to be enrolled in any of our camps your child must be that age on the first day of the session you are requesting. For example, if your child is interested in Voyager, but turns 11 on the second day of the session s/he is not eligible for that camp. If you are requesting day camp for your child then they must be at least 5 on the first day of the session you wish s/he to be enrolled in. There are no exceptions.
If your child does not meet the age eligibility requirement for the session s/he is enrolled in then Camp Massasoit reserves the right to withdraw that camper.
- Splitting Sessions
No camper is allowed to split sessions. If you choose to enroll your child in a session but only send s/he to one week of that session, that is allowed, but it will not be prorated.
- Confirming Enrollment
After you register your child you will receive a confirmation email for each session that you enrolled your child in. We recommend that you save these emails until your child begins the session/s s/he is registered for. If you accidentally enrolled your child in the wrong session please see the section below regarding how to withdraw your child from a session.
- Withdrawing from a Session
If you need to withdraw your child from a session log in to your child’s account and then go to “My Account”>>”Current Sections”. Then under “Actions” select the section you wish to drop and fill out the request to drop correspondence. If applicable (see our refund policy in the Camp Massasoit 2013 Information Packet) you should receive a refund check within 2-3 weeks of submitting your drop request.

This camp complies with regulations of the Massachusetts Department of Public Health and is licensed by the local board of health. Massachusetts State Law requires documentation of a medical exam completed within two years of camp attendance. There are no exceptions!
