Library Instruction Request Form

If you are a faculty member in the School of Human Services (SHS) campuses and you would like to arrange a library instruction session for your students, please click the following link and submit an online request form.

Sessions at the Springfield Campus are taught in person and must be requested at least two weeks prior to the date your would like the session.

Sessions at the Regional Campuses are taught via videoconference and must be requested at least three weeks prior to the date your would like the session.

• On Saturdays or Sundays choose from the list of time slots.
• On Weekdays you may propose a time.

After your request has been processed, you will be contacted to confirm the date and time.

Regional Campus faculty members, please remember to book the videoconference room at your campus.
