Dean Francine J. Vecchiolla to Serve as the New Chair of the Council on Leadership Development for the Council on Social Work Education (CSWE) Dean Francine J. Vecchiolla will serve as the new Chair of the Council on Leadership Development for the Council on Social Work Education (CSWE). Vecchiolla was appointed to this three-year post by CSWE Executive Director Dr. Julia Watkins.
