| Memorial Day | Monday, May 25 | Monday, May 31 |
| Independence Day | Friday, July 3 | Monday, July 5 |
| Labor Day | Monday, September 7 | Monday, September 6 |
| Columbus Day | Monday, October 12 | Monday, October 11 |
| Thanksgiving Day | Thursday, November 26 | Thursday, November 25 |
| Day after Thanksgiving | Friday, November 27 | Friday, November 26 |
| Christmas Day | Friday, December 25 | Friday, December 24 |
| Additional Christmas Break | Monday, December 28 - Friday, January 1, 2010 | Monday, December 27 - Friday, December 31, 2010 |
- When a holiday falls on a Saturday, the preceding Friday is considered the holiday. When a holiday falls on a Sunday, the following Monday is considered the holiday.
- Regular full-time employees receive full holiday pay. Regular part-time employees receive holiday pay on a pro-rated basis equivalent to their normal work schedule.
- Additions or changes to this schedule will be communicated through the Office of Human Resources. Meanwhile, if you have any questions, please call the office at extension 3118.
