The College believes that the residential life experience is an important facet of their Springfield College education. Therefore, undergraduate students are required to live on campus for their first three years. All housing rates are billed per semester.Housing Cost

Residence Life Cancellation Policies
The College has a three year residency requirement for Freshmen, Sophomores, and Juniors. All housing contracts are for the full academic year.Seniors who have signed a Housing Contract and wish to cancel must notify the Residence Life Office in writing and the following penalties will be assessed.
| After room draw card has been submitted but before the actual room draw process |
$600 + $200 non-refundable deposit |
| After Thanksgiving Break but before end of Fall Semester | $1000 + $200 non-refundable deposit |
| After Fall Semester but before May 1st | $1500 + $200 non-refundable deposit |
| July 1st and before 1st day of classes | *30% |
*Percentage of housing cost for the academic year.
