Internships

Internships are an essential part of preparing for a career in the communications field. We require a 3-credit internship in the COSJ major (and strongly suggest multiple internships). We begin the process by working with students to identify their primary areas of interest and expertise. Then we attempt to match these areas with enriching internship experiences. Some take place during the semester; others take place during the summer. Students can get credit for both paid and unpaid internships.
