Shadow Program
Springfield College's Shadow program allows students to interact on a one on one basis with professionals currently involved in a career in which the student is interested. The objective of the Shadow Program is for students to spend a significant period of a day with a professional on the job, observing daily tasks, specific skills, and competencies.- The Shadow Program is a great way to explore a career focus prior to committing to a practicum or internship.
- Certain majors are required to complete observation hours for credit. An extended Shadowing experience can be used for credit upon the approval of a faculty advisor.
