Capacity Building
Members will serve to recruit, train, support, and manage non-participant volunteers at on-campus and off-campus partner sites. In addition, members will provide capacity support and training for expanded use of service-learning by faculty at the College and partnering organizations. During the program year we will partner with agencies such as the YMCA Relations Office, Springfield School Volunteers, and Springfield College’s Office of Student Volunteer Programs.
