Class of '94
Dear Fellow Class of ’94 Members,
The planning has officially begun. Our 15 Year Reunion from Springfield College is less than 7 months away. Save the dates June 4-7, 2009 for a return to campus to re-visit the good ‘ole days and reconnect with classmates and friends.
Planning a reunion can be a lot of fun. The more people we have on our Reunion Committee, the easier it will be to plan an exciting and successful event. So far, Christy Samuelson, Tricia Hughes-Gray Siegel, Matt Siegel, John Koniuto, Jen Laferte, Marc Cicciarella, Lauren Kittredge, Jay Savoia, Tim Walsh and I have volunteered to be on the Committee. We could use more classmates to help out. If you can not attend any of the meetings in person, you can join by way of a conference call. If you think you can be of assistance, please contact the Office of Alumni Relations or email me directly at dhpageboss@msn.com.
We will need everyone’s help to get as many classmates back for our reunion as possible. Please get in touch with your old SC friends and plan on attending reunion as a group. Reunion is very kid friendly, so plan on bringing the whole family. We have started a Class of ’94 Reunion page on Facebook. In the upcoming months it will be filled with details of reunion and great memories from our days at SC and the last reunion. Many of our classmates have already reconnected on Facebook so check it out!
Your support of the Annual Fund, especially during a Reunion year, is very important. Last year our class raised $8,017 with 7% participation. This year we’ve set a goal of raising $15,000 with at least 15% participation. If you’ve already made your gift this year, thank you! If you haven’t, please consider doing so now and help us reach our goal in celebration of our 15th Reunion! Every gift counts, no matter how large or small.
If you haven’t been back to campus in a while, you will be amazed when you see all the awesome changes they have made. I recently returned for Homecoming and I really couldn’t believe how beautiful the campus looks. Being back at SC brought back so many awesome memories from some of the best years of our lives and I’m so excited about going back in June and seeing so many familiar faces again.
Enclosed is a pre-response form. This is not a registration form, but will just help us start to plan for Reunion Weekend. Please try to send it back, even if you’re not sure yet if you’ll be returning in June.
