Welcome to Math Support Services
As a part of the Academic Success Center, Math Support Services offers assistance in the courses offered in the Department of Mathematics, Physics and Computer Science. Math Support Services is staffed by faculty, graduate teaching fellows and upper-class undergraduate majors and offered five days a week.
Tutoring is offered for the following courses or areas: Introduction to College Math, Algebra, Survey of Math, Business Math, Math for Elementary Education, Precalculus, Calculus, Introduction to Computer Concepts, Microcomputer Applications, Physics, Earth Science, Physical Science and Statistics. Check with the staff during Math Support Services hours about availability for tutoring in courses that are not listed above or in upper level courses.
We operate the Math Support Services mainly on a drop-in basis. All services are free and available to any Springfield College student.
