Class of '84

Dear Classmates of 1984,

The numbers are building for those returning to campus from June 4 – 7. Check out the list on the website and be sure your name is there. Go to www.spfldcol.edu then click on Alumni, Class Pages and then Class of 1984.

Now that you’ve received the Reunion Weekend brochure in the mail, we want you to know we have enhanced the schedule on Saturday to include some special events just for our class.

If you were to pick and choose which part of the weekend to attend, although all of it has been thoughtfully planned, might we suggest a few ideas:

Friday, June 5, 2009

7:15–11:p.m.- Casino Royale Gala

Saturday, June 6, 2009

11:15 – noon- Springfield College Today and Tomorrow

12:15 – Parade of the Classes – walk with us with pride

1:00 – Luau Lunch and Canoe Rides on the Massasoit

3:30 – Beer Tasting of lagers, ales, wheat beers and other seasonal selections or a Campus Tour

5:30 – Class Cocktail Party, in front of Cheney Hall, a great opportunity to reconnect

7:00 – Class Dinner, side room in back dining room Cheney Hall, BBQ chicken & ribs (only $14/pp & $5/children 3 – 10 y.o.). Enjoy a casual atmosphere with Charlie Redmond ’68 kicking off the evening, concluding with a light hearted focus on reconnecting with one another. Following the dinner, the Class of 1974 has invited us to join them in the main room Cheney Hall for a live band dance party! As three final reminders, don’t forget;

$17,545 has been secured to date toward our $25,000 goal for the Annual Fund. Is yours accounted for?
