Career Center Mission
Whether you’re a student, an alumnus, a parent, employer or a faculty member, we hope you’ll make the time to meet the Career Center staff and learn about the many opportunities, resources, and services that the Career Center provides. Students from all classes, majors/programs, and schools are encouraged to work with the Career Center staff as early as their first year. The experienced staff is committed to promoting student learning and development and offers a variety of opportunities for students and alumni alike to explore career options, identify career related experiential experiences, refine job searching skills, identify employment opportunities, prepare for admission in graduate and professional schools, and network with SC alumni. The Career Center's mission is to educate and empower students and alumni to explore careers and effectively manage their career life planning.
