Think about your skills, interests & values. Be able to thoroughly discuss them. What qualities do you have that apply directly to the position? Does this job match your skills & desires? What management style and environment do you work best under? What values are important to you & can’t be compromised?

Consider your strengths & weaknesses. Be able to give an example of each. Be able to discuss how you are adapting to counteract the weakness.

Be able to discuss decisions you have made and the thought behind them Identify accomplishments & things you might have done differently.

Provide examples to demonstrate how you have developed your skills

Be able to articulate why you are interested in this field. Think about your long-term goals.
