Dear Class of 1988,
By now, you’ve likely seen “Reunion 2008: Unity, Renewal, Celebration!” – the preliminary schedule for our 20th. This brochure provides a preview of events such as golf, yoga, sporting events, campus tours (yes, it’s changed!), wine and beer tasting, Casino Royale Gala, Luau Lunch, kids activities, free brunch and more! And it’s just a sampling of the spectacular reunion the Alumni Relations team has planned for us.
To sweeten the deal, our class committee is thrilled to share some exciting news…
If you are already planning on attending reunion – great!! We hope this new information makes you even more excited about your participation. Maybe you’re excited enough to contact some classmates and encourage them to join you? Maybe there is someone special you’d like to see. If folks can’t make the entire weekend encourage them to come to part of it...maybe just Friday night or Saturday afternoon. Feel free to reach out to the graduates of other classes too…. We formally invited the classes of ’87 and ’89 to join our reunion. If you have not yet decided, perhaps this has persuaded you to be a part of it all! We’d really like to see you there. Inside the schedule of events you received from the alumni office is a registration form… so please take a moment to complete and send it in if you have not already done so. **Please note that you must register for our Saturday dinner no later than Thursday, June 12th to avoid a late fee.**
When you check in at the college during reunion you will receive a more detailed schedule including our class-specific events. For those planning to join reunion right from the start, our class will meet Thursday evening from 8 – 11 pm at Theodore’s in downtown Springfield.
We look forward to seeing you at reunion June 12 – 15, 2008. There are great things in store indeed! The best of which will be seeing each other again!

P.S. Remember your hotel reservations. The committee is suggesting that we all stay at the Marriott. Call 413-781-7111 with your major credit card by May 18th to receive the special rate of $129.00. Make sure to ask for the Springfield College block of rooms. If you would prefer another hotel properties contact the alumni office. They can give you a list of other hot/motels where SC blocks are being held.
