SHS Computer Support
The Information and Technology Services Department has dedicated support for all computing functions at the School of Human Services locations, including the Springfield Campus and at remote campus sites located in: Manchester, New Hampshire; St. Johnsbury, Vermont; Wilmington, Delaware; Tampa, Florida; Charleston, South Carolina; Los Angeles and San Diego, California; Milwaukee, Wisconsin; and Boston, Massachusetts.
These services include hardware and software support and training. Each SHS remote campus site has a student support center featuring networked computers and printers. Students may work on papers, perform research, access the main college library, surf the Internet, and receive training. Steven Bigda, the I.T.S. Technical Services Coordinator / Remote Sites, is responsible for day-to-day computing services to all SHS sites.
