U.S. Department of Education's E-Application

Click below to access "e-App"—the U.S. Dept. of Education's pilot system for electronic grant applications.

Once you are on the e-App Homepage, you will see useful links to other agency pages on the right side of the screen. On the left side of the screen, is the area for Log-on/Registration for new and "existing" users. You may need to scroll down to find the appropriate log-in area.

There is also a "Demo" application area to try out the system.

You can register yourself by selecting a username and password. Recommended username: your first initial and lastname, e.g., LMarston. Be sure to write down and save your username and password where you can find it -- you will need to know these each time you log onto the site. Email your username and password to Linda Marston for assistance in preparing your application and for back-up access in case you forget them— usernames and passwords are kept confidentially in a locked file cabinet.

Grants & Sponsored Programs (GSP) strongly encourages you to use the e-App system to prepare your proposal. GSP will submit your application on behalf of Springfield College after it has received internal approval via the Grants Protocol. Note: when application forms refer to the "Authorized Organization Official" or "Certifying Official," that means the College President.
