Degree and Enrollment Verification

Companies and Organizations requesting verification of a student's degree or current enrollment

To conveniently serve companies or organizations around the clock who need to inquire about enrollment status and/or degrees awarded, Springfield College has authorized the National Student Clearinghouse to act as its agent for verification of both student enrollments and student degree status.

This service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Please note that the Clearinghouse is not able to process verifications requiring academic (g.p.a.) information. These requests must be processed directly through the Registrar's Office at Springfield College.

Current students requesting verification of their enrollment

If you need an enrollment verification, you may go to the Campus Web and after logging in, under the Academic tab, click on Clearinghouse. At the bottom of the Clearinghouse page, click on the Login link to go to the Clearinghouse Student Self-Service site. From the options, click on Obtain an Enrollment Certificate to print out your own verification. This form also allows you to enter account names and policy numbers for health insurance purposes.
