Professional Interests

I have recently become interested in chemical applications related to microbiology and have joined with my colleague, Dr. Chun Kwun Wun, in research projects involving E. coli and Salmonella. My other area of interest is in developing better teaching presentations for large lecture classes using computer and multimedia technology.

I am an active member of the American Chemical Society serving as a Councilor and as a Chair of the Programming Committee of the Division of Chemical Education.
