Directions to the School of Social Work at the Brennan Center
From Points East and West
Take Massachusetts Turnpike to Exit 6. Turn left to Interstate 291 West. Proceed one mile to Exit 5 (East Springfield, Indian Orchard). After you turn right at the end of the exit ramp onto Route 20A, you should be prepared to get in the left lane. Take immediate left at traffic signal onto Roosevelt Avenue. Proceed three miles to Alden Street. At intersection, go straight (over bridge, then bear right at fork) 0.9 miles. Take a left into Brennan Center parking lot.
From Points North
Take Interstate 91 (South). Exit onto Interstate 291. Follow 291 for 4.2 miles to Exit 5B (Route 20A West, East Springfield). After you turn right at the end of the exit ramp onto Route 20A, you should be prepared to get in the left lane. Take immediate left at traffic signal onto Roosevelt Avenue. Proceed three miles to Alden Street. At the intersection, go straight (over bridge, then bear right at fork) 0.9 miles. Take a left into Brennan Center parking lot.
From Points South
Take Interstate 91 (North). Take Exit 2 (Route 83). Follow Route 83 to the second traffic signal. Turn right onto Sumner Avenue. Proceed 1.5 miles and take a left onto Daviston Street. Travel 0.3 miles to the intersection of Allen Street and go straight through the light onto Island Pond Road. Travel 0.1 miles and take a right into the Brennan Center parking lot.
