Clinical Exercise Physiology and Health Promotion - The Health Promotion and Disease Prevention Program at Springfield College
The Health Promotion and Disease Prevention Program (36 to 39 semester hours) is designed for students with varied undergraduate backgrounds including exercise science, health education, physical education, nursing, rehabilitation and psychology. The program prepares graduates to design, implement, evaluate and manage health promotion or clinical exercise physiology programs for individuals or organizations, public and private.

The Athletic Training/Exercise Science Complex
Renovations are underway for a two-story 17,800 square foot Complex that will provide students and faculty with interactive and experiential learning environments as well as dedicated research space for the study of all aspects of wellness and human performance. The new athletic training room will provide student-athletes access to athletic health care at the highest level.
