Montgomery Honored as Pilgrim Lacrosse Player of the Week

SPRINGFIELD, Mass. -- March 31, 2008 - Tyler Montgomery has been honored as the Pilgrim Lacrosse League Player of the Week after he led the Pride to 15-4 victory over Wheaton on Saturday afternoon at Stagg Field.

Montgomery, a native of Brunswick, Maine was spectacular for the Pride as he tallied a game-high six points in the victory.

The junior midfielder netted a game-high four goals to go along with a pair of assists en route to a game-high six points for SC.

Montgomery currently leads the league in goals scored with 19 and is third in the conference in points with 22.
