Earlier, they were also both named to the 2007 Spring New England Women’s and Men’s Athletic Conference (NEWMAC) All-Academic Team. Lisowski was also All-NEWMAC First Team as a pitcher. The lefthander had a sparkling 2.05 ERA for the Pride. Also earlier this spring, he was named the NEWMAC Pitcher of the Week.
In order to be even nominated, athletes were required to be upperclassmen and sport at least a 3.20 GPA. All five of the student-athletes listed above have GPA's well above that.
