WEST POINT, N.Y., Jan. 10, 2004 - Springfield College senior
Tim Goetz (South Plainfield, N.J.) finished third in the all-around competition to lead the Pride in its opening meet of 2004 with Penn State and host Army. Penn State won the meet with 215.600 points, followed by Army (206.550) and SC (195.150).
Goetz tied for fourth place on the rings (8.750), tied for fifth on the vault (9.00) with SC freshman
Scott Goff (Syracuse, N.Y.), and finished seventh on the high bar (8.30)
Junior
Robert Sander (Columbia, Mont.) finished seventh on the parallel bars (8.30) for the Pride (0-2).
