Men's Lacrosse Set To Take On Stevens Tech at Maple Park Field
HOBOKEN, N.J. (March 7, 2008) – Coming up on Saturday, the Stevens Institute of Technology men’s lacrosse team will host Springfield College at 1 p.m. in Ridgewood, N.J. The game, which was originally scheduled for 2 p.m., will take place at Maple Park Field, which is located only a few minutes away from Ridgewood High School.Fans that plan on attending the game should be advised that rain is forecast on Saturday. Furthermore, there are no restrooms available at the park. Admission will not be charged.
To get to Maple Park Field from Hoboken, take Route 3 West to Route 17 North. Exit right on Ridgewood Avenue. The road will loop back over the top of Route 17 and head west toward Ridgewood. After passing the high school, make a right onto North Irving Road. At the stop sign, make a left onto Northern Parkway. At the next stop sign (intersection of Linwood Avenue), go straight. The field is on the left-hand side.
