Hendrick Jean: Men's Track and Field

Jean, who hails from Spring Valley, N.Y., was one of the Pride's top finisher as Springfield finished second with 178, behind Coast Guard's 186 points. UMass Dartmouth finished third (78), Westfield State (66), Eastern Connecticut State (39).

The freshman registered a distance of 14.47m, or 47-05.75, which was over two feet farther than the second-place finisher. With his toss, Jean recorded the second-farthest toss among Division III New England competitors this season.
