Fatima Rose: Women's Track and Field

Rose, a native of Dover, N.H, had a pair of standout performances in the Pride's victory. The Pride won the meet with 219 points, and were followed by Westfield State (113), UMass Dartmouth (88), Eastern Connecticut State (67), and Coast Guard (54).

The freshman won the weight throw with a toss of 15.23m, or 49-11.75. She also placed second in the shot put as she recorded a distance of 12.07m, or 39-07.25. Her toss in the weight throw was the second-farthest this seasonmong Division III New England competitors, while her shot put toss was the third-farthest.
