Evans also won the vaulting event with the highest individual score in any event that evening (15.950), finished second in the parallel bars, third in the floor exercise, and fourth in the pommel horse.

The team's 335.450 was easily its best score of the year, besting the 331.550 it tallied versus Temple on February 20.
