Moira Price: Women's Swimming

Moira Price
Springfield College's Moira Price (Berkeley Heights, N.J.) finished her spectacular four-year career at the NCAA Division III Men's and Women's Swimming & Diving Championships at the University of Minnesota in Minneapolis over the past weekend.

The NEWMAC Women's Swimmer of the Year, Price did Springfield College proud by finishing third in the 200-yard breaststroke, 10th in the 100 breast, and 28th in the 50 free.

The senior also contributed to three relay teams, including the 400 medley relay, which finished ninth with a school-record time of 3:50.52. The 200 free relay finished 13th, and the 400 free relay finished 21st.

Price led her team to a 12th place finish with 95 points. It was the highest finish at the NCAA's for a Springfield College women's swimming & diving team since they scored 99 points back in 1998-99.
