Danny White: Men's Basketball

White, who hails from Melrose, N.Y., had a terrific week as Springfield rattled off three wins. Over the weekend, the Pride claimed the Eastern Connecticut Invitational and White was selected to the All-Tournament Team.

In the Pride's 68-63 win at Keene State, White tallied 10 points, shooting 4-of-8 from the floor, to go along with five steals, three rebounds, and an assist.

The senior point guard had a standout weekend as he guided the Pride to the Eastern Connecticut Invitational crown. In the Pride's 84-48 blowout win over Mitchell, White was all over the court as he registered a career-best seven steals to go along with six points and three rebounds. In the championship game, White played 33 minutes, recording six assists and no turnovers. He also added four steals and six points for the Pride.
