Abby Connors: Women's Basketball

The sophomore guard from Douglas, Mass. averaged 7.5 points and 3.0 rebounds per game in two contests last week for Springfield, while shooting 54.5% from the floor.

In the Pride's 69-55 win over Wellesley in the quarterfinals, Connors tallied four points to go along with two rebounds, two assists, and a steal. Connors was instrumental in the Pride's tough loss to Babson in the tournament's semifinal game as she pumped in 11 points to go along with four rebounds, three assists, and a block. Connors connected on 4-of-8 from the floor agains the Beavers, including hitting a pair of three-pointers.
