O'Connor, a native of Valhalla, N.Y. became the 13th player in school history to reach the 1,000 point milestone as she scored a game-high 21 points, as the Pride opened up NEWMAC play with an 83-55 win over Wellesley.
O'Connor went 8-for-12 from the field to go along with a team-high nine rebounds and three steals as she now stands 11th all-time in Springfield scoring history with 1,020 points.
For the year, O'Connor is averaging 11.9 points and 10.2 rebounds per game, while shooting 47.8% from the floor.
