Ken Goodwin: Football

Goodwin, who hails from Foxboro, Mass., was sensational at linebacker as the Pride picked up a 35-7 win over Hartwick on Saturday. The senior led Springfield with nine tackles, including five unassisted stops. Goodwin helped the Pride hold the Hawks to 25 points below their season scoring average. He recorded two tackles for a loss of 10 yards with a seven-yard sack.

For his efforts, he was chosen as the Empire 8 Defensive Player of the Week.

For the season, Goodwin leads the team in solo tackles with 34 and ranks second with total 49 tackles.
