

Ewing, N.J. - February 1, 2009 - The Springfield College wrestling team dropped a 47-6 decision on Sunday afternoon at The College of New Jersey in a dual meet.TCNJ entered the match as the 18th ranked team in the country, while the Pride is currently ranked 27th.
With several new faces in its lineup, Springfield won just one match on the day as Chris Brown pinned his opponent, Kyle Fazone at the 285 weight class in 6:43.
Springfield returns to action on Wednesday when it battles AIC, WNEC, and STCC.

Former Springfield College All-American Daryl Arroyo will be entering his 20th season as the head wrestling coach at his alma mater in 2009-10.
