Men's Tennis Defeats Puerto Rico-Rio Piedras, 7-2

San Juan, Puerto Rico -- March 21, 2009 -- Bobby Schlink, Zach O'Leary, and Eric Henne were all double winners in leading the Springfield College men's tennis team to a 7-2 victory over the University of Puerto Rico-Rio Piedras in what amounted to the team's last of three matches in Puerto Rico during Spring Break. As this match was not played against a four-year U.S. institution, the match does not count in Springfield's W-L record.

Head Coach Tim Losee

Tim Losee ’05, G’07 was named the head men’s and women’s tennis coach at Springfield College in August of 2009. A former four-year member of Springfield’s men’s tennis team, Losee returns to his alma mater to pilot both the men’s and women’s tennis programs. Read more.
