SPRINGFIELD, Mass., April 12,2003 – Springfield College junior Marisa Clapp (Charlton, Mass.) finished first in the 800-meter run (2:19.00) and second in the 1500-meter run (4:40.20) at the Springfield College Invitational on Saturday afternoon on Blake Track.

There were no team scores.

Pride senior Erin Pac (Farmington, Conn.) took first place in the 100-meter hurdles (15.00) and senior Sara Michitson (Haverhill, Mass.) finished first in the javelin throw (32.05 meters).

SC freshman Alisha Miner (Sanbornton, N.H.) placed second in the 400-meter dash (1:01.60), while sophomore Leah Sullivan (Northboro, Mass.) took second in the shot put (11.52 meters).
